What we are looking for:

   We are always interested to hear from talented individuals from many disciplines to continue our growth.

   Being a global company, some roles involve international work. We primarily aim to recruit from within to provide career paths for our capable colleagues.
For our technical roles, a background (or training) in civil, geotechnical and insdustrial engineering is most useful, because the knowledge of retaining structures, river training works and soil reinforcement is important.

    Other roles including commercial, marketing, financial and administrative require other skills.

    We also manufacture in over 30 factories around the world, requiring plant and manufacturing skills.
